Dangerous and Reckless Cycling (Offences) Bill  

In March last year I introduced a 10 Minute Rule Bill, 'Dangerous and Reckless Cycling (Offences) Bill'. 10 Minute Rule Bills do not usually make it onto the Statute book, simply because there is not enough time to see them all the way through the legislative process but they are a great way of raising an important issue with the Government. The Second Reading of my Bill is scheduled to take place on Friday 20 January 2012, however it is number 27 on the Order Paper and usually only two or three Bills get read therefore I do not expect my Bill to be reached!
