New unemployment blow for Dagenham and Rainham  

The latest unemployment figures for Dagenham and Rainham have been released, and they make grim reading. 3,692 people are now unemployed across the constituency.  The figures – which refer to November 2011 – show that unemployment locally is now at 8.3%, giving Dagenham and Rainham the 90th highest rate out of the 650 UK Parliamentary constituencies.
