Welcome the Olympic Flame Next Summer  

London 2012 has revealed the names of the communities on the Olympic Torch Relay route and invited the UK to welcome the Olympic Flame next summer. Over 95% of the population will be within 10 miles of the Olympic Flame Over 1,000 communities will have Torchbearers carrying the Olympic Flame through their streets Gisela Stuart is encouraging local residents to start planning how they will welcome the Olympic Flame, which is due to arrive in Birmingham on Sunday 1st July 2012.  The street by street details of the route will be confirmed next year.
