Cowbridge Food & Drink Festival congratulations  

Last weekend I was fortunate enough to be able to attend the fabulous Cowbridge Food & Drink Festival. This year’s two day event was as popular as ever, with close to 30,000 visitors descending on the market town in the Vale, to sample the delights of local and primary Welsh producers and suppliers.  There was entertainment and activities to suit the whole family within the Festival covered areas, and local businesses also played their part in welcoming visitors to Cowbridge. I would like to congratulate the Cowbridge Food Festival Trust’s organising committee and volunteers, on staging such a wonderful and successful event.  As a non profit making organisation, all the monies raised are used to help fund the event itself and ensure its long-term future.
