Austin welcomes bus route victories  

Residents in Dudley were celebrating today after three bus routes were reinstated. Dudley North MP Ian Austin teamed up with local residents to get bus routes brought back along Vicarage Road West in Woodsetton, and Laurel Road and Hazel Road in Dudley. The bus routes were originally changed in July last year and local residents asked Austin to take the matter up with the bus operators. The changes to the old 283 bus route meant Vicarage Road West residents, many of whom are elderly and have difficulty walking, no longer had a bus travelling......
