Good news for park home owners – Annette Brooke MP  

Just one week after Annette Brooke's Prime Minister's Question on park homes, a Written Ministerial Statement released today by the Department for Communities and Local Government has announced that the Government will lay before Parliament the necessary legislation to transfer the jurisdiction that County Courts have under the Mobile Homes Act 1983 over resolution of park home owners' disputes to Residential Property Tribunals. ...
