Crime down 12% across Kent!  

Stats out today show recorded crime across Kent was down 12% in December 2009 from December 2008. I’m particularly pleased that Labour has bucked the trend of previous recessions where crime rose and instead consolidated the positive work of the last decade. But I am not complacent and there is still more to do, especially on tackling the fear of crime. See my manifesto for how I plan to tackle these issues!
