Prime Minister’s Questions  

Harriet Harman took the Prime Minister's place at PMQs as Mr Brown is attending the South African state visit. The economy, British manufacturing and the armed forces  were on the agenda at today's PMQs. Ms Harman also took questions on dangerous dogs, small businesses and unemployment.
