Bill freezing terrorist assets passes all Commons stages

The Terrorist Asset-Freezing (Temporary Provisions) Bill passed all its Commons stages on 8 February. The second and third readings were moved by two Treasury Ministers: Liam Byrne, Chief Secretary, and Sara McCarthy-Fry, Exchequer Secretary....
