MP Welcomes Focus on Downpatrick’s Future Needs  

Speaking after attending the launch of the Downpatrick Masterplan by Social Development Minister Margaret Ritchie the MP for the area Eddie McGrady said;  â€œI very much welcome the process of developing a Masterplan for Downpatrick, which will focus on the current and future needs of Downpatrick as we continue to grow as a centre for, trade, consumers, tourism, health, education and local government.  Downpatrick currently offers a variety of services to the public and employment opportunities.
