PRE-BUDGET REPORT CONFIRMS HIGH GROWTH STRATEGY  

Hilary Armstrong, Labour MP for North West Durham, lauded the recently announced Pre-Budget Report for prioritising recovery from recession and sustained economic growth rather than “savage cuts”.
