NATIONAL FOOD OSCARS COME TO MORAY  

News that Forres’ Benromach Distillery will be hosting this year’s Scottish Food & Drink Awards has been welcomed by local MSP Richard Lochhead and MP Angus Robertson. Mr Lochhead who also has ministerial responsibility for food policy and was guest speaker at last years event in Glasgow said: ” This is a great news given that such a prestigious event is heading north to Moray and many of the leading players in the food and drink sector will be visiting for an occasion that is going from strength to strength. ” It will be a magnificent boost for Moray’s reputation as a centre of food and drink excellence that this national event will be taking place here.
