HILARY HAS SIGNED UP TO THE 10:10 CLIMATE CHANGE CAMPAIGN- HAVE YOU?  

Hilary Armstrong MP has signed up to the 10:10 climate change campaign which requires participants to cut their carbon emissions by 10% by the end of 2010. The campaign has grown rapidly since it was launched in September.   Thousands of individuals, businesses and organisations have signed up.   The Prime Minister and Cabinet Ministers have also committed themselves to the campaign. Hilary said: “Climate change is something we need to be concerned with. We cannot afford to ignore it. People across my constituency have got in touch with me on this issue. Worried about what kind of planet we are going to leave for the next generation” Cutting emissions by 10% may seem like a challenging target, but it is achievable and it would make a huge difference.
