Solitaire Property Management

The office was contacted a while back by two constituents concerned about the behaviour of Solitaire Property Management. Long story short is that they’re up to no good when it comes to customer service. At one time or another we’ve all suffered from landlords being difficult, but it’s doubly frustrating when you can’t even get in touch with them. This week one of my staff tried to call Solitaire to get the name of their chief executive, so I could put a letter in again asking for an update on their customer service standard. After 20 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone at Solitaire, we gave up. Pathetic. I have met with the constituents and will keep them and you updated.
